Description   This heavy duty boom arm is for serious studio photographer who would use it for hair light, overhead light or background light. The 6-1/2 ft boom arm is made from double-layer aluminum alloy reinforced with 4 pieces of mini steel bars. The 9-1/2 lb counter weight is easily adjusted to accommodate different form of lights and weight. The heavy duty grip head (clamp) lets you mount this boom to different light stands of different diameter.   Features A 3-section 6-1/2 ft double layer aluminum alloy reinforced with steel bars A 9-1/2 lb counter weight A heavy duty 3" Universal Dual Grip Head (Clamp) A 1/4"-3/8" reversible stub Load capacity, fully extended: 15 lbs. We recommend our Heavy Duty 8-1/2 or 10 ft light stand, which is sold separately. We also recommend our 18-lb sandbags for this item.
