The 4-section stands (a pair) extend up to 8-1/2 ft tall. The 3-section crossbar can be assembled into 6 ft and 9-1/2 ft wide. The entire set has beautiful satin black finish. Good product for the price March 30, 2010 Reviewer: Doutlas Bolt from Beltsville, MD United States   I like the unit.  It performs well and the carrying case is a nice addition.  The levers to tighten the clamps on the vertical pole need adjusting frequently, but it is easy to tighten them with a socket wrench. I wish the unit had a fifth crossbar section to accommodate a wider muslin.  But, being on the slightly lightly built side, maybe it is more dependable as it is.   Overall, I'm pleased.
